Jean Upton
Family Coordinator

Jean is Julie's sister and has been in the training industry for many years. Though originally focused on delivering technical training to humans she provides ASD with the experience necessary to teach families how to hone the skills of their dog.

Julie Noyes
Chief Trainer

Our chief trainer and the developer of our methodology is Julie Noyes. Julie has been training and working with service dogs for over a decade. Julie is a member of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and has experience in several areas, including search and rescue dogs, wilderness search dogs, cadaver dogs (one of 15 in the USA), and is a FEMA evaluator. She is a level 1 certified handler and an evaluator for those wishing to become FEMA canine handlers.

Neal Upton
Chief of Operations

Neal, Jeannie's husband, is responsible for the operations of our organization.
